The Fat Diminisher system is a weight loss program developed by Wes Virgin, a fitness and nutrition expert and military veteran. This program is relatively new and is gaining increasing popularity among both men and women because many people have had success with the program.
Once you buy the program, you are given a 140-page long e-book that explains the formula and method of this system. You also get a bonus e-book you can download in your member’s area online. The titles of the e-books that you get are:

- Most Powerful Sex Foods and Stimulants
The bonus e-book is a 29-page long guide about sex foods and stimulants that help to spice up your sex drive. If you’re wondering whether the program is a hoax or is it a scam, then the answer is no. I have bought the e-books and read them, and I have contacted their support and received a reply.
On top of that, Wes Virgin is very transparent. You can find him on various social media. He is active on YouTube where he shares videos of meal plans and workouts, and on Facebook where he answers questions from people who have joined his program.

The Fat Diminisher system works by helping your body become alkaline in thirty days. As mentioned above, the pH level can affect your body’s ability to lose weight. To maximize fat burning and weight loss, your body functions best when the pH is slightly alkaline.
Consider this quote from the book:
According to Dr. Young, Director of Research at the pH Miracle living center, the fat present in obesity could actually be serving as a protection against too much acidity in the body.
The fat serves to absorb the excess acidity in order to keep it from harming the body. As a result, obesity could be a sign that the person’s body has far too much acidity and is trying to compensate by building up thick layers of protective fat.

However many bodily processes, for example, digestion, will produce acid residues.
Your pH level is always in flux: acids are constantly being produced and neutralized.
These acids are produced and require neutralization – also known as alkalization. Diet and supplements are the main ways to reduce the acid load.

From the quotes above, we know the purpose of having an alkaline pH level is to prevent excess acidity that causes your body to store fat and prevents the accumulation of toxins that cause diseases. And you create an alkaline state by eating the right foods and supplements in an alkaline diet plan.
An alkaline diet consists of various foods to eat and foods to avoid. An example of foods you ought to not eat are vegetables to avoid, explained starting on page 44 of the e-book. There are five vegetables you shouldn’t eat – and one of them is corn, due to genetic modification (GMO).
An example of what to eat includes alkaline forming foods, such as root vegetables, leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables, and others. On top of that, Wes recommends you to eat more to lose weight. The food list containing recommended healthy foods include, starches, rice and grains, avocados, and fibers. Besides this, you should avoid eating processed foods that contain a lot of sugar.
You can also use alkaline foods as ingredients to make your own meal plan menu. Fortunately, Wes gives many recipes using alkalizing herbs and minerals starting on page 115 of the e-book. But the main ‘secret’ recipe is the Fat Diminisher drink – a smoothie that contains three super foods that can supercharge your weight loss. Wes recommends drinking this drink twice each day for best results.
Other than eating alkaline foods, you must also exercise. Now, if you hate exercise (like me!), don’t worry because the workout routines in this program are only 7 minutes long each. As Wes says:
Many types of intense, back-breaking programs that you see on TV and on YouTube are for teenagers.
They are not designed for the average guy or gal over the age of 30 that has had multiple knee injuries, back injuries and surgeries in those areas.

Now that you know the facts about Fat Diminisher, allow me to share you my opinion and comments about it. This review is a real customer review:
#1 – Wes’ energy is CONTAGIOUS. As you can see from the videos, Wes Virgin has an infectious level of energy. He is very enthusiastic about helping people get in shape, and it shows in his videos and in his writing. If you’re the type of person who needs constant motivation to get going, then Wes is a good fit. However, for some people it may be a bit over the top and a turn off.
#2 – The program consists of both a diet plan and a workout plan. I have bought other e-books at the same price that only have a diet plan or only have a workout plan. With this program, you get both. On top of that, I like that the workouts are short and easy to do at home.
#3 – It doesn’t take a lot of money to do the program. The foods recommended in the program are not expensive foods (although Wes does make a supplement recommendation that can make your meal preparations easy). The workouts don’t require special equipment or a gym that would cost you money.

#1 – There is a lot of motivation speak in the book. Wes writes a good number of pages that contain motivation to get you going. For some people, I see that the motivation is great for them – but for others, it may feel like filler. You can use the index page to jump to the important info in the book.
#2 – Wes’ writing has some typographical errors. Maybe because he was very excited when writing the book, there are some typos here and there. It might not bother you at all, but I prefer a book that is correctly written, even if it does have a distinct style.
In my research, I have found a small number of complaints from customers. The complaints are related to delivery of the e-book and not about the program itself. The bad or negative reviews I found are not written by people who have gone through the program. It is possible for you to compile the information for free yourself, but you would have to spend a lot of time reading science journals and research.

The above is my thorough review of Fat Diminisher by Wes Virgin. It is not a perfect weight loss program, but then again I don’t think there is such a thing. What this program is though is one that many people have tried and experienced results (as you can see from the testimonial video above).
Wes’ program uses the principles of acid-alkaline pH levels to return your body to a natural balance. When you are at a balance, you feel high levels of energy that give you spirit to get off the couch, go out and meet new people. You feel confident about your worth, you love your appearance, and you have a healthy level of self-esteem.
In the introduction video of this program, Wes tells the story of Patricia Wron, a 45-year old woman who was able to lose 38 lbs by following Wes’ coaching. When you are young, losing weight can be about looking good – but when you are mature like Patricia, it is about staying alive and healthy!
